Friend, do not enter without desire. This last verse of a quintile by Paul Valéry is inscribed in gold letters on the east wing of the Palais de Chaillot in Paris.

We chose this verse for opening this welcome page because it perfectly summarizes what art expects from us. First and foremost, of course, what it expects from choreographers, dancers and musicians of the Ballet Cadagiani, but also from its audience.  We are like visitors who discover the epigraph of the poet on the Trocadero, above the statue of Apollo with lyre by Henri Bouchard. We make our own the friendly invitation of this great connoisseur of the art of dance.

Ballet Cadagiani is a contemporary dance company. In his creative work, Noël Cadagiani brings together dancers, musicians and often video artists to seek the commonality of their dance.
